Is it a Halloween movie, or a Christmas movie? Tim Burton says it’s a Halloween movie, so we’re going with that. This is not just any old Halloween movie though. This is one of the most iconic stop-motion animated films ever created and was a huge movie later in my childhood. Once everything was modeled, and created, this film took 7 years to make.

The touching personalities and behaviors of characters is what brings them to life in this misunderstood fusion of holidays that provides the viewers with a sense of adventure and discovery bringing this world alive from the screen to their hearts and imaginations.

Now, from my turntable to your eyes and ears, let Danny Elfman’s masterpiece for all ages cradle you into it’s wonderland of blissful tunes and adventure. I hope this brings enjoyment to all vinyl record enthusiasts who love the month of October and cannot wait to celebrate Halloween. Enjoy!
