Kudos to the Dutch record label Music On Vinyl (MOV) for releasing this great album on vinyl for the first time. The document of the sold-out concert by Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble on October 4, 1984 (the day after SRV’s 30th birthday) at the Carnegie Hall in New York City. Here’s the butt-kickin’ concert opener right after the band introduction by Ken Dashow and John Hammond.

Originally released in 1997, this album only existed in CD and cassette until 2015, when MOV released it on wax. Epic Records re-released it in 2017 on brown marbled vinyl.
