This is an original 1984 Warner Bros. pressing of Prince’s Erotic City side B of the 12″ maxi cut from the album Prince and the Revolution. This track has not been altered by any additional EQ’ing when transferring into digital format. It has, however, been compressed to 320 kbps, 48,000KHz when rendering the video, then youtube compresses the audio track even more.
