La Solución (“The Solution”) is a Puerto Rican salsa orchestra founded by bassist Roberto Rivera in 1973. This is the band where famous salsa singer Frankie Ruiz (1958-1998) started his career, and “La Rueda” (“The Wheel”) is his first hit as well as La Solución’s signature tune.

Originally released in 1980 on La Solución’s eponymous third LP. This copy is an unknown year US reissue.
