“Mr. Pink” has been a live staple of bassist / vocalist / composer / bandleader Mark King, either with Level 42 or under his own name. Any follower of Mr. King’s work has heard this funky instrumental tune live in concert many times, but the studio version featured here is less common. Recorded in 1980 and released in 1982 on the “Early Tapes July / Aug 1980” LP.
