It was said that this is the greatest dance song of all time and I agree, I remember being a kid in 1977 and hearing this for the first time I didn’t know how to process it. I was a fan of disco music which was very new at the time, but this was more electronic and techno than previous releases. And I wasn’t sure if I even liked it. By the fourth or fifth play I was absolutely hooked and head over heels with this song.
