“Zorbas” or “Zorba’s Dance” is a tune written by Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis for the 1964 movie “Zorba The Greek”, and that’s the name chosen by Herb Alpert for his version recorded with the Tijuana Brass in 1965 and included in the album “!!Going Places!!”. This recording is taken from the compilation LP “The Very Best – 16 Greatest Hits” from 1986. Original German pressing.
