Here’s one of the most important musical works of the 20th century performed by South African-Australian pianist Isador Goodman accompanied by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra conducted by Patrick Thomas. Recorded in October 1979 at Monash University’s Robert Blackwood Hall in Clayton, Melbourne, Australia. The LP is part of an encyclopedia called “Los Grandes Compositores” (“The Great Composers”) by Spanish publishing house Salvat. Issue #88, released in 1982.
