Charlie was a conductor aranger writer musician who was with Frankie Valley and The Four Seasons and then went on his own. He worked with Neil diamond armor the Streisand Liza Minnelli and many many others. This is from his Midland Disco album from 1979 and this single was Re-Released in 1980-81 on the Profile label
