This song is not a Cat Stevens original, it is a religious hymn written in the 1930s by Eleanor Farjeon. Cat Stevens arranged this version together with Rick Wakeman, the keyboard virtuoso of the band Yes, who also played the piano part in this song, and without which it wouldn’t be so memorable.
