Juan Fernando Silvetti Adorno (1944 – 2003), best known as Bebu Silvetti or just “Silvetti”, was an Argentinean nationalized Mexican pianist, composer, arranger, conductor and record producer who made a career in Spain and México working with many artists, and became popularly known in 1977 thanks to his instrumental composition “Lluvia De Primavera” (“Spring Rain”), which became a Disco hit. The track was mixed by renowned producer Tom Moulton, the originator of extended Disco remixes intended for 12″ singles. “Spring Rain” has been widely used as introductory or background music for TV shows in several countries.
